Aaron Ringdal
With 35 years of experience operating and maintaining equipment, Aaron oversees our fleet of machinery and leads the team in readying the equipment for each task and season. He also plays a key role in managing the logistics of our grain deliveries.
Clint Ringdal
Clint manages the farm’s operations with an eye to the future and a curiosity for new opportunities, overseeing financial management, land acquisition, and hiring employees.
Lucas Ringdal
Drawing on his education and experience as an agronomist, Lucas is responsible for monitoring and optimizing crop health. He oversees input purchases, data management, and formulation of VR fertility maps.
